TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below.

- I reserve the right to use all commissioned work to promote me and my business. If the commissioner wishes to keep the commissioned work private and for me to not upload it anywhere, I'll charge an additional 10% on the total commission price.- Needle felted models are for private use only. The commissioner is not allowed to commercially publish, resell or otherwise commercially use the commissioned model.- Prices will be in € EUR.- Quotes are valid for 30 days.- After the final invoice has been sent out, the commissioner has 30 days to transfer the payment. If the commissioner is unable to pay the final amount within the 30 day limit, I reserve the right to sell the commissioned model otherwise.- Shipping will be via DHL and can take up to 2 weeks internationally. Your package will be tracked and insured. National and international shipping will be 7€.- Payment will be via Paypal. German customers can pay via Überweisung as well.- I am not responsible for excluding any details in the process if they are not visible in any of the references sent or stated by the commissioner.
